Richard Cline is a founder of Voce Communications and has been the company's acting president since its inception in 1999. Rich applies his extensive experience in journalism and infrastructure technology public relations to help extend client brand and enhance the focus of Voce Communications. He has spent the past decade helping drive global communications, investor relations and public relations programs for companies ranging the scope of high technology. Rich fosters Voce's "clear" approach to talent development and strategic consulting, mindful of budget management and return on investment. Prior to Voce, Rich spent several years with Weber Shandwick, helping lead global public relations programs for Fortune 500 corporations. During his tenure at Shandwick, Rich managed public relations and investor relations and communications programs. Previously, he worked at Neale-May & Partners, helping manage consumer technology public relations programs. In a former life, Rich was a beat reporter for several San Francisco Bay Area dailies covering local government and city beats.
