Stacy Libby Stacy Libby brings a wealth of consulting experience including large accounts, mature industries, new technologies and venture-backed start-ups. At Voce, Stacy specializes in the creation and execution of corporate and product-driven programs across North America for a leading provider of enterprise spend management solutions, and a maker of software products that use intelligent search to help people organize, manage and retrieve digital information and content. Prior to Voce, Stacy was at Porter Novelli where she managed strategic communications for multiple business units of Hewlett-Packard and Qualcomm's software and wireless technologies. She also worked at Weber Shandwick servicing Philips Semiconductors and other e-commerce, multimedia and networking accounts. Additionally, she worked for Shandwick's consumer agency, where she helped launch the Compaq Presario and supported public relations and branding campaigns for Atari Corporation, Ralston Purina, The Olive Garden Italian Restaurants and Sunmark Brands.
